Job Responsibilities

• Installation and repair: Install, inspect, and repair battery packs, and troubleshoot issues using electrical test equipment.
• Preventive maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance, such as monitoring charge and discharge cycles, and replacing faulty parts.
• Safety compliance: Follow strict safety procedures, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and handle batteries in compliance with regulations.
• Performance monitoring: Monitor equipment like cooling towers, HVAC, and electrical systems to ensure a stable and reliable environment for battery production or use.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance and operational tasks.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix minor equipment problems and elevate complex issues to senior staff.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to improve processes and implement best practices.
