We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead our plant’s maintenance function. The ideal candidate will drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and foster a proactive maintenance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance team to establish strategies and action plans in line with the industrial plan and to achieve the departmental targets set by the management
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment.
• Coordinate with production and Quality teams to support operations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in maintenance management, preferably in cement or heavy industries.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CMMS and reliability‑centred maintenance practices.
