Job description

We are seeking an experienced equipment professional to lead maintenance, technical upgrades, and team development for a high-volume die-casting production environment. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems, with hands-on expertise in CNC and die-casting machinery maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Maintenance & Reliability

Plan, implement, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures to ensure maximum uptime. Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and cost control. Provide technical guidance and hands‑on support for CNC and die‑casting machine maintenance.

2. Technical Improvement & Innovation

Drive equipment optimization, automation, and system upgrades to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and energy savings. Collaborate with production and engineering teams on equipment modification or improvement projects. Lead, train, and develop a team of technicians and engineers to build strong technical capabilities. Establish clear responsibilities, performance goals, and maintenance standards.

4. Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with machinery safety procedures and environmental regulations. Promote workplace safety awareness and energy‑saving initiatives.

5. Cost Control & Coordination

Monitor and control maintenance costs, spare parts usage, and equipment investments. Improve cost‑effectiveness through preventive measures and technical improvements.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in equipment maintenance, preferably in die‑casting or metal manufacturing industries.
