Job description

Maintenance Engineer (Juniors/Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)

Conducts routine maintenance checks and rectifies to ensure operational efficiency of machines and equipment through autonomous maintenance programs.

Continuously monitor process parameters to ensure machines are running at the most optimal condition.

Attends to and rectifies minor machine upsets limited to mechanically related downtime in a timely manner.

To continually improve existing preventive maintenance schedules for all plant, equipment and factory activities

Follow up with contractors on maintenance schedule and updated preventives maintenance record

To minimize plant and equipment downtime when breakdowns occur through expeditious repair

Ensure all repairs and maintenance are in accordance with all environmental and regulatory authorities and site safety procedures

Work closely with production operators to ensure the optimal operation method is being implemented in terms of know how-to operate machinery.

To develop ideas for optimized plant operation to further increase production yield and reduce operational cost.

Participate in Safety Meeting and Safety Training sessions and ensuring workers follow safety procedures.

Ensure checklists, procedures, and work instructions are followed and control of subordinates discipline and work.

Actively engaged in tidying up plant.

To comply with Delisauce procedures for food safety, integrity, and quality.

Ensure workplace safety and GMP are followed and being practiced.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in manufacturing environment, (Juniors/Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).

Willing to work in rotating shifts. (3 Shift pattern)

Ability to work in team, eagerness to learn and time management skills are required.

Knowledge in PLC will be advantage.
