Job summary

Une entreprise de haute technologie recherche un Ingénieur de Maintenance pour évaluer les pannes et assurer l'efficacité des opérations d'équipement. Le candidat devra établir des procédures de maintenance préventive et superviser les entrepreneurs. Une expérience de 5 ans en maintenance dans l'industrie lourde est requise, ainsi qu'une connaissance des systèmes de contrôle et d'analyse des pannes. Le poste est basé à Sime Darby Plantation, Negeri Sembilan, en Malaisie.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'ingénieur de maintenance.
• Expérience dans l'industrie lourde souhaitée.
• Connaissance de l'analyse des pannes et des outils de gestion de la qualité.

Responsibilities

• Évaluer et diagnostiquer les pannes pour exécuter un plan d'action correctif.
• Établir des procédures de maintenance préventive efficaces.
• Superviser les entrepreneurs dans l'exécution des tâches.

Mission description

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Reporting To: Deputy Maintenance Manager

Department: Maintenance

No. of Direct Reports: Nil

Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate/troubleshoot/diagnosing faults to implement/execute the corrective/curative action plan to ensure/improvise equipment operational efficiencies
• Ensuring the continuity of plant/equipment operation with shorthest MTTR and reliable intervention
• Establishing effective preventive maintenance procedures
• Provide assistance/information in calculations, design, and drawings for new equipment and process improvement to the stakeholder
• Respond/Manage/Coordinate and Generate Quick Action/mitigation plan for any equipment break down based on the defined threshold
• Propose the short/long term action plan base on the Equipment Vulnerability Assessment
• Keeping a record of preventive and emergency maintenance carried out
• Issuance of Permits-to-Work and reviewing JSA-MOS
• Collaborate with Method Engineer on analyzing performance data and propose preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability and operation
• Assist and collaborate with Method Engineer in periodic reviewing critical/important spare parts based on the list of vital and important equipment assessment and mitigation plan
• Collaborate with Method Engineer in Problem Solving analysis to eliminate the root causes
• Propose and implement the maintenance investment and projects based on experience during the troubleshooting process
• Lead on behalf of Maintenance in Contract Review/MOC for any modification/improvement
• Coordinate and Supervise contractors in execution of task and ensure the equipment are properly maintain with satisfactory operation condition
• Update and review the schematic/circuitry drawings for any changes
• Propose and identify required training for sustaining the maintenance operation
• Generating routine reporting Audit preparation and support
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes and HSE standards
• Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental policies, Energy policies procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative and others
• Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities
• Perform other related duties as required

Physical/Environmental Scope of Position

• Able to work hot and noisy environment
• Handling of contractors and local authorities if required
• Well manage stress 80% hands-on involvement in daily activity

Requirements

Degree in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or technically related engineering field, Minimum 5 years work experience as Maintenance/Equipment Engineer, Preferable working in Heavy Industry, Ability to understand Plant P&ID, PFD or Electrical/Electronic circuitry, Ability to use ERP(CMMS) and Desktop application, Knowledge about Maintenance KPI (MTBF, MTTR, OEEetc), Project management/Troubleshooting ability and application of problem solving tools, Know-how about the Machine's Command and Control system such as PLC, Variable Speed Control systems and others signal related control system Knowledgeable about failure analysis and application of quality management Tools such as FMEA, RCA, DMAIC, 8D..etc, Experience of dealing with external audit and local authorities, Experience and able to utilize CAD, SAP and MS Office.
