Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement effective maintenance frameworks, workflows, and best practices.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and promptly address equipment malfunctions.
• Identify root causes of machinery failures and execute timely corrective actions.
• Recommend and execute machinery and facility layout enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate sourcing of specialized tools, parts, and technical components as required.
• Track, manage, and optimize maintenance-related expenditures.
• Operate and support advanced industrial systems, including PLC-controlled machinery.
• Deliver technical guidance and hands-on training for newly installed equipment.
• Oversee inventory levels for maintenance materials, spare parts, and tools.
• Build technical capability and skill progression within the maintenance team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities to ensure statutory compliance.
• Ensure all maintenance activities align with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
