We are looking for a Maintenance Application Engineer to join our team and handle server-related maintenance tasks. This role involves hands-on technical support, coordination with internal teams, and on-site assistance for critical issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and racking of GPU servers under the guidance of engineers to ensure smooth initial operations.
• Participate in regular inspections of server hardware (such as GPU, CPU, memory, etc.), record status, and report abnormalities.
• Learn basic hardware troubleshooting techniques, assist in handling work order tasks, and follow up on spare parts warranty and replacement processes.
• Test the functions of new spare parts according to standards, record results, and ensure quality compliance.

Requirements

• Entry-level candidate and recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronic Information, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiar with computer hardware architecture and proficient in basic Linux commands (e.g., file management).
• Possess strong learning ability and logical thinking skills, detail-oriented and responsible, and willing to accept short-term business travel.
• Excellent spoken English/Chinese skills.
