A manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for the upkeep and repair of factory production equipment. You will ensure the quality and timeliness of repairs and maintain stable operations to minimize downtime. The role involves regular inspections, handling equipment malfunctions, and assisting in installations. Ideal candidates will have experience in the maintenance field, focusing on minimizing operational costs while enhancing efficiency.
1. Be responsible for the daily maintenance, upkeep and fault repair of factory production equipment (such as reactors, pumps, centrifuges, dryers).
2. Regularly inspect the operation status of equipment (such as bearings, seals, circuits) in accordance with the maintenance plan and replace consumable parts.
3. Handle equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize production interruption time, and record the maintenance process and results.
4. Assist the mechanical staff in completing tasks such as washing fabrics and tubes, and participate in equipment installation and commissioning.
5. Manage maintenance tools and spare parts, record spare part consumption and inventory, and report on the shortage of spare parts on time.
1. Be directly responsible for the quality of equipment maintenance, the timeliness of repairs, and the reliability of operation.
2. Strictly abide by equipment maintenance regulations and safety operation requirements to avoid safety accidents during maintenance.
3. Ensure the stable operation of production equipment, reduce equipment failure rates, and control maintenance costs.
4. Establish equipment maintenance files, accumulate maintenance experience, and provide suggestions for equipment optimization.
