Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years in enterprise/cloud security architecture, preferred in banking and financial institutions.
• Hands-on cybersecurity experience with Microsoft cloud and on-prem environments.
• Proven leadership in both technical and business matters; able to communicate clearly in English—written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Consult, design and implement cybersecurity controls across Microsoft platforms.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation in Azure and On-prem environments.
• Develop conditional access policies and identity lifecycle workflows.
• Participate and articulate incident response and threat hunting using Microsoft tools.
• Collaborate with IT, cloud, and DevOps teams for secure deployments.
