Responsibilities
- Supervision of work progress activities at site by schedule and drawing.
- Monitor site progress, implement daily activities report & prepare site report regularly.
- Assist M&E Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within program.
- Work closely and communicate with vendors or partners, main contractors, subcontractors, and others at the site to avoid site complication.
- Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction.
- Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress.
- Ensure compliance with company or government regulations to avoid job disruption at the site.
- Attend site meetings, liaise with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors concerning project technical and coordination issues.
- Monitor the M&E installation done by subcontractor complies to the approved requirements and specification.
- Perform other ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Ability to organize and coordinate site activities.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience with M&E Sub-Contractor / Main Contractor for High-Rise Project.
- Possesses own transportation and is willing to travel within a short period and can outstation.
