Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in M&E Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include monitoring construction works, conducting inspections, and liaising with various stakeholders. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Adept at liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Meet client and statutory requirements.
• Implement action plans from risk assessments.
• Monitor daily construction works on site.
• Supervise and inspect M&E installation works at site.
• Attend scheduled and unscheduled meetings to resolve technical issues.
