Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Job description

Plan and supervise all installation and commissioning of M&E/ACMV equipment installed at site.

Resolve all technical issues expeditiously (to learn from the technical head).

Monitor and review work progress to ensure construction activities are carried out according to requirements & specifications.

Keep the project on schedule and report on work progress.

Liaise with client's representatives regarding all site matters with proper documentation.

Attend site meetings or visits.

Assist in preparation of quotations, proposals, and reports.

Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors on procurement of materials and services.

Assist in office administration related to project claims & documentation.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
• Good working knowledge of ACMV/HVAC/M&E.
• Independent, proactive, technically competent, and a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work under pressure, multitask, and take responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project).
• Proficient in AutoCAD is a plus.
