Job summary

A leading interior fit-out company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a responsible individual to coordinate all M&E works. The role involves liaising with sub-contractors and consultants, attending progress meetings, and reporting site activities. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Immediate availability is advantageous. Job description

To responsible and coordinate all M&E works.

Liaises with Sub-Contractors, Specified Consultants & Clients.

Attend progress meeting, site coordination meeting and report daily site activities or any meeting when required.

Fully understand ACMV System, Fire Fighting Systems, BMS, Plumbing and Electrical work.

Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Project Director / Project Manager.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

At least 3 -5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Immediate availability is an added advantage.
