Job summary

A leading interior fit-out firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified engineer to manage M&E works on various commercial projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with sub-contractors, participating in meetings, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Candidates must have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 3-5 years of experience. Immediate availability is an advantage. • Coordinate all M&E works and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
• Attend site and progress meetings, report on daily activities.
• Understand ACMV, Fire Fighting Systems, BMS, Plumbing, and Electrical work.

Job description

To responsible and coordinate all M&E works.

Liaises with Sub-Contractors, Specified Consultants & Clients.

Attend progress meeting, site coordination meeting and report daily site activities or any meeting when required.

Fully understand ACMV System, Fire Fighting Systems, BMS, Plumbing and Electrical work.

Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Project Director / Project Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 -5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
