Job summary

CHANEL (KUALA LUMPUR) SDN BHD is seeking a Skincare Therapist to provide luxurious skincare and body treatments at our CHANEL cabin in Kuala Lumpur. You will help elevate the professional image of CHANEL and maximize skincare category sales by diagnosing skin and recommending tailored treatments.

Maintain pristine grooming and communicate with customers in line with CHANEL's standards, while delivering exceptional service and educating clients on product use and benefits.

Qualifications

• Facial treatment experience is required.
• Knowledge of body anatomy and physiology and basic massage techniques.
• Professional beauty therapy certifications preferred.
• Excellent facial and massage skills.
• Good selling skills across skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
• Basic makeup skills are necessary.
• Fluent in mother tongue; English is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Well-groomed with good complexion.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Chanel brand image and be a CHANEL ambassador.
• Provide luxurious skincare and body treatments at CHANEL cabin.
• Diagnose skin and propose appropriate treatments to increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in cabins and at POS.
• Demonstrate and share Chanel skincare tips and products.
• Conduct skincare workshops / seminars when needed.
