A leading oil company in Malaysia is looking for a highly experienced Loyalty Campaign Coordinator to act as the technical implementer for their loyalty engine. The role involves managing the Loyalty Management System (LMS), orchestrating campaigns across multiple channels, and ensuring quality assurance through rigorous testing. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Marketing or Computer Science, with over 5 years of experience in campaign management, and a deep understanding of CRM platforms like Salesforce or Oracle. Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in campaign management, technical CRM operations, or loyalty system administration.
  • Deep expertise in operating a Loyalty Management System (LMS) platform.
  • Able to manage multiple overlapping campaigns and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Comarch system; manage complex business rules.
  • Build, schedule, and maintain automated CRM journeys for lifecycle events.
  • Conduct rigorous User Acceptance Testing before launch.
