Job summary

SLS Bearings in Selangor is seeking a reliable delivery driver to join our operations. You will inspect orders, load and deliver goods to customers while adhering to the Delivery Order (DO) before dispatch. The role requires a valid GDL, ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia, physical fitness, and punctuality.

Malaysian locals only; discipline, trustworthiness, and following instructions are essential traits for this position. Monday to Friday, with standard hours 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, are expected.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid GDL license.
• Malaysian/local candidates only.
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia.
• SPM qualification.
• Disciplined, hardworking, diligent and trustworthy.
• Physically fit.
• Punctual and time-conscious.
• Able to follow instructions well.
• Experience driving vans/trucks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the quality and quantity of each product to be delivered to the customer according to the Delivery Order (DO) before dispatch.
• Arrange and organize delivery items according to areas, and plan delivery routes to minimize time wastage and fuel consumption.
• Comply with road regulations, safety, and traffic rules while making deliveries.
• Perform special tasks such as picking up or delivering special items/samples to customers.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle under your care.
• Maintain proper conduct during deliveries to uphold the company’s image.
