Job summary

A logistics company in Sabah is looking for a candidate to coordinate tasks for sorters and drivers. You will oversee daily activities, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Candidates should have excellent leadership and communication skills, be familiar with logistics operations, and ideally hold a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field. This role requires working on a rotational shift basis, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Sabah based on respective state law requirements.
• Familiarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good use.
• Willing to work on a rational shift basis depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on headcounts.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers.
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure high level of customer service.
• Assist in the deployment and training of new drivers.
• Ensure compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures.
