A logistics company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced logistics support professional. The role involves maintaining inventory transactions, preparing shipping documents, tracking orders, and performing administrative duties. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Business or Logistics, with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in WMS and MS Office is required. This position is located in Kg Melayu Subang, Shah Alam, with a focus on efficient warehouse operations.
Update and maintain daily inventory transactions (in/out, balance, item details) in WMS.
Send inbound/outbound notifications and coordinate with project management team.
Prepare pick & pack list, carton labels, and shipping documents (DO, consignment note).
Track outbound orders with courier partners and handle delivery discrepancies.
Liaise with warehouse team to ensure goods are packed and dispatched on time.
Perform admin duties such as data entry, filing, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
Compile billing-related and courier collection information for monthly submission.
Support WMS meetings, prepare materials, and propose process improvements.
Participate in cycle counts, stock take, and branch audit activities.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
1–2 years experience in admin/warehouse/logistics support preferred.
Familiar with WMS and inventory processes.
Proficient in MS Office, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
Must be willing to work at Kg Melayu Subang, Shah Alam
