A leading aerospace company in Shah Alam is seeking an Entry Level Logistics professional. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance in parts issuance, managing shipments, and supporting MRO operations. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft applications is beneficial. This permanent position promotes teamwork and autonomy within a diverse environment.
Ensure all requirements pertaining to issuance of parts from store and dispatch of goods are complied with. Arrange and monitor all aspects related to logistic transport for inbound and outbound shipments.
Prepare and issue items to internal MRO and external customers in a timely manner. Update system and records accordingly.
Perform good receipt for parts returned by internal MRO, ensure quality standards are met, and update system and records accordingly.
Ensure items are properly packaged, tagged, secured, coming with proper documentation and handled with necessary precaution.
Focal point of contact for freight forwarders, including their counterparts in Europe and Asia.
Arrange inbound and outbound shipments, including issuance of packing lists and shipping invoices.
Monitor closely all inbound and outbound shipments, keep Material Support & Logistics department informed, ensure all deliveries are made on time, on cost and on quality.
Operate forklift for loading and unloading of parcels and containers.
Support function for dispatch and collection of parts and tools locally when required.
Assist in yearly stock count.

Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.

Minimum level of education or certification: Diploma/Degree in related field or
consider of an equivalent combination of education and experience
2 years of relevant experience
Experience in warehouse operation and inventory, monitoring, reporting method in aviation industry.
Knowledge of basic computer applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
Experience in SAP system would be a plus
Ability to work with minimum supervision and Team Spirit
Ability to analyze and solve problem effectively
