Job summary

A global leader in automotive solutions is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field and be proficient in Mandarin. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This role offers a salary of up to RM3500 and involves working Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations including transportation and delivery activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of logistics schedules.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and shipment status.
  • Prepare and update logistics-related reports.
  • Assist in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and shipment status to minimize delays and discrepancies.
  • Prepare and update logistics-related reports and documentation.
  • Assist in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency within the SCM department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
