Logistics Manager / Senior Logistic Executive

3PL service provider management to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery services

Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs

Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency in storage capacity, pick & pack, FIFO process, VAS solutions etc.

Work closely with internal teams to coordinate the movement of goods and ensure timely deliveries

Track and trace the cost performance of supply chain with respect to business performance in alignment with contractual terms

Create and manage logistics movement dashboard accurately to provide reports to stakeholders

Negotiate RFP rates and contract terms with logistics service provider for overall service quality and quantity

Ensure all stock is pulled and loaded into the delivery vehicle with accompanying and necessary documents, in conjunction with delivery schedules maintaining a minimum accuracy rate of 99%.

Manage warehouse inventory report and keep records of the inventory and manage budgets

Respond and resolve complaints and problems on timely manner.

Skills & Experience

Inbound & outbound process flows, forecast & inventory management, distribution strategies etc. Retail products management is an added advantage

Minimum 5 years of working experience in warehousing & distribution, shipping experiences or equivalent in the similar position. Experience in retail/fashion order processing is an added advantage
