Location: Bangsar South (Accessible by Kerinchi LRT Station)
Working hours and days: 9am - 6pm, 6 working days (Weekends WFH)
Oversee the full process of deliveries and parcel collection/distribution, ensuring timely execution and service accuracy.
Provide clear and timely feedback to stakeholders on shipment status, delays, and resolution of issues.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Monitor key performance indicators such as delivery success rate, handover accuracy, and service timeliness.
Identify and resolve delivery abnormalities promptly, implementing corrective actions to maintain service quality.
Collect and respond to customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in operational performance.

Manage in the end-to-end management of contracts, including drafting, renewals, extensions, terminations, and processing of deposit refunds.
Maintain and update accurate contract documentation, ensuring all records are complete, organized, and accessible.
Ensure contract terms and processes comply with company policies, internal guidelines, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
Work closely with the legal department to review agreements, resolve disputes, and support in contract negotiations when required.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address contract-related queries, providing timely guidance and support for smooth operations.
Contribute to process improvements in contract administration, recommending solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk management.
Possess a minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, Data Analytics or relevant fields.
Less than 4 years of working experience in any field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is mandatory as the role requires liaising with internal Chinese stakeholders.
Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, tech savvy.
Able and willing to work for 6 days a week (weekdays work from office, weekends work from home).
