Job summary

Sandisk's Digital Transformation Office- Logistics is seeking a BI/AI lead responsible for delivering end‑to‑end BI and AI solutions to optimize logistics processes. You will design dashboards, models, and analytics that drive data‑driven decisions and partner with stakeholders across the COE to raise capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's of Engineering with at least 5 years of professional working experience in industry.
• Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts and hands‑on proficiency with Power BI; experience with Tableau is a plus.
• Solid Python programming skills, with experience in data analysis, automation, and applied AI use cases.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and transform them into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as independent BI/AI partner to logistics business teams, understanding requirements and proactively proposing data, BI, and AI solutions to address business needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI and AI solutions using Power BI and approved company AI and analytics platforms.
• Translate business problems into analytical models, dashboards, and insights that support operational and strategic decision‑making.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of digital tasks, including requirement clarification, solution development, testing, deployment, and post‑deployment support.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to track progress, provide status updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership in BI/AI within the Logistics COE, including knowledge sharing, best practices, and hands‑on training for team members.
• Support broader logistics digital transformation initiatives and complete additional assignments as directed by the supervisor.
