Position Summary

The role involves managing inventory, coordinating with warehouses, suppliers, and transport partners, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. The incumbent requires strong organizational skills, attention to details and effective communication with external and internal stakeholder to maintain smooth operations and meet company objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise on the warehouses daily operations including order fulfillments, dispatching of goods, storing & etc.
  • Hands on doing data input of warehouse forecast.
  • Plan and prepare the inventory forecasting for warehouse.
  • Coordinate with warehouses in monitoring the warehouse inventory levels.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics/ KPI.
  • Perform regular warehouse in managing and coordinating warehouse equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Oversees preparation of documents, coordinates other paperwork and documentation necessary to comply with the laws and regulations such as inventory transactions, warehouse activities, etc.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, monthly cost analysis etc.
  • Perform investigation and resolve any order discrepancies or issues arisen from warehouse.
  • Closely collaborating with the key internal stakeholders such as Store Operations, Merchandise Planning, E-Commerce, Inventory Control, Global Headquarters, and external partner delivery vendor.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport providers and internal departments to facilitate smooth supply chain operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal and regulatory requirements in all logistics operations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehousing/ logistic operations is required.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.
  • Excellent attention to details and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt well and open minded to changes and dynamic situation.
