Job description

Logistic & Operations Executive (Transport)

Inbound shipment report updates daily.

Custom clearance monitoring to make sure all documentation ready (Commercial Invoice and Packing List, Form E and D etc for tax exemption)

GRN monitoring and update

Gems submission - payment on time to vendor.

Document Filing.

Compile daily orders and truck planning according to same delivery routine for cost saving

Coordinate with warehouse to place truck booking on daily basis after done delivery routine plan

Warehouse visit for random checks to ensure truck or container space is fully optimised

Distribution Monitoring:

Develop daily distribution report and update to sales team

Establish daily monitoring report from warehouse

Practice monthly review meeting with warehouse

Compile daily POD summary up-to date for billing

Cost Control:

Compile monthly cost calculation after receiving file from 3PL

Prepare detailed monthly analysis report.

Check and confirm vendor’s invoices

Ensure logistic cost is correctly divided to each region by preparing monthly summary

Gems submission for payment

Job Requirement:
