We are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team at COUCH DESIGNS SDN BHD. As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of our warehousing, storage and distribution operations. This full-time position is based in Puchong, Selangor, and will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and success within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to optimise the supply chain and distribution processes
• Manage and coordinate the daily operations order fulfilment and transportation logistics
• Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product flow and timely delivery to customers
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of the logistics team to maintain high levels of productivity and customer service
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards
• Continuously explore new technologies and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations

What we're looking for
