• Manage and coordinate the movement of goods and materials.

• Arrange lorry driver’s daily tasks.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with vendors & clients.

Documentation & Record Keeping

• Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Vendor and Client Interaction

• Build and maintain good relationships with logistics vendors and clients.
• Address and resolve any issues related to logistics and admin functions.

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Prepare logistics and admin reports for management.
• Analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Other Responsibilities

• Support HR functions related to onboarding and staff coordination as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
