Job summary

A logistics service provider in Malaysia is looking for a Logistic Executive to support daily logistics operations including documentation and coordination. Proficiency in SQL/QNE is required, as well as the ability to travel for logistics purposes. This role demands a responsible and detail-oriented individual who can work independently.

We are seeking a responsible and detail oriented Logistic Executive to support daily logistics operations, shipping documentation, and coordination with internal and external parties. This role requires strong knowledge of customs forms and international shipping processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle logistics documentation including K1, K2, K8, ZB forms, and HS codes related to international shipping.
• Use SQL / QNE systems to generate Invoices, Delivery Orders, and Credit Notes.
• Coordinate with intercoms and relevant departments to ensure smooth shipment flow.
• Liaise with transporters, warehouse teams, and customs when required.
• Occasionally travel to Port Klang and KLIA for cargo-related matters.
• Perform overtime (OT) and work on Saturdays or public holidays when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in logistics or related field.
• Minimum Diploma, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Familiar with intercoms, customs documentation, and international shipping procedures.
• Able to understand K1, K2, K8, ZB forms and HS code classification.
• Proficient in SQL / QNE for generating logistics documents.
• Must own a personal car and willing to travel when required (including Port Klang & KLIA).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
