- Liaise with vendor, forwarder and 3PL regarding schedule of incoming goods and POS, freight booking for shipments, handling shipping documentation, verify and confirm draft BL, on-time delivery, custom clearance process and ensuring compliance in import/export regulation requirements.
- Manage air/ ocean shipment and product quality complaints, purchase dry packaging material to rework damages reported by warehouse operator.
- Performing stock receiving in ERP, prepare and monitor value added operation activities, stock count and any task related to inventory management in a timely and effective manner, ensure task carried out in accordance to work procedure and standards.
- In charge on tax stamps purchases with 3PL, validate duty requisition and verify customs duty declaration.
- Work closely with forwarder on the Incoterms, Duty and Sales tax, if any enquiry from Custom
- to ensure shipment cleared from custom, shipping documentations provided by forwarder is completed and charges is accurate.
- Validate billing accuracy.
- Work closely with Supply chain planning to improve inventory turns - minimize excess & obsolete inventory and maximize service levels.
- Organize monthly meetings with 3PL, review performances and resolve operational issues.
- Train and guide 3PL users on ERP processes managed by 3PL.
- Support monthly reports submission - OTIF, CFR, SSOS etc to regional team as per agreed timeline.
- Execute ad-hoc projects driven by regional or head offices, such as systems upgrade, BI tools launch and process streamlining.
Closing, Reporting and Governance
- Maintain master data such as product codes and specification.
- Support in driving key Supply Chain KPIs, evaluate performances and ensure adherence.
- Ensure SOPs and policies are updated and maintained in a systematic manner.
- Ensure accuracy of landed cost, minimal variance between physical and system stock balances, and accuracy of data in ERP and others application.
- Responsible for month end closing, preparation of Goods In Transit, stock aging report and stock related reconciliation.
- Timely and accurate preparation of documents for monthly Custom reporting, annual Licenses renewal.
- Support customer service function when required.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
