Reporting into the Senior Management Team, the Logistics Director role at Kim Teck Cheong Group Of Companies is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the company's warehousing, storage, and distribution operations. As a full-time position based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, the Logistics Director will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and operational efficiency of the company's supply chain.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive logistics strategies to optimise supply chain performance
• Managing and coordinating all warehousing, inventory management, and transportation activities
• Overseeing the efficient and cost‑effective movement of goods from production to delivery
• Analysing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Fostering strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to ensure seamless operations
• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of logistics professionals
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (4+ years) in a senior logistics or supply chain management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industries
• Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory control, and transportation management principles
