A logistics company in Kuala Selangor is seeking a Logistic Assistant to manage order processing and ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and transporters, preparing shipping documentation, and maintaining quality standards according to ISO. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Carries out any other task, relevant to the position and perform any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time others then below:
Liaise and coordinate on processing and monitoring customer’s order and it’s requirements.
Liaise and coordinate on carriers, transporters and other sub-contractors to ensure good operational execution of local and outstation deliveries.
Liaise and coordinate on prepare and maintaining documentation. (i.e. MSDS, Specifications, C.O.A, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice and etc.
Assist in clearance of imported cargo and arrangement of export.
Follow up with suppliers on order issued.
Prepare Monthly and Yearly Report (i.e. Supplier Late Delivery Report, Supplier Yearly Performance Report, Monthly Invoice Listing Update and etc)
Ensure competent quality execution of all regular operation, purchasing duties and administrative works.
Handling and monitoring of claims from customer or/and to manufacture and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Document filling.
Reporting and maintaining quality management system according to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
