Job summary

Centific seeks a Language Specialist in Penang to translate, review, and refine multilingual content for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with project teams to resolve linguistic issues and refine terminology and style guides for consistency across products and services.

Ideal candidates hold a translation degree, are native in the target language, and are comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 and CAT tools. Remote, office, or hybrid work arrangements may apply depending on the position.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Native speaker of the target language.
• Experience with localization/translation for enterprise software is valued.

Responsibilities

• Translating, reviewing, proofreading, linguistic bug fixing, and other language-related tasks.
• Communicating with the project team on linguistic issues as needed.
• Managing terminology and client style guides; updating reference materials as required.
• Overseeing and aligning client terminology with style guides.
