Job description

Responsibilities

• To be stationed at assigned areas
• Assist customers and patients and attend to all enquiries
• Direct customers to their desired locations
• Provide support and assistance to other departments where required
• Control crowds at lift areas
• Assist customers to fill Patient Experience via QR code/tablets
• Keep updated with new information regarding hospitals (consultant directories and facilities)
• Facilitate customers to ensure comfort, safety and provide service that meets customer needs
• Inform respective department in event of faulty lift, insufficient chairs, single queue system down or machine out of paper

Requirements

Fresh graduates encouraged; training provided. Must commit to a 6‑month contract, be willing to work in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, and be prepared for a job that requires a lot of standing and walking.

Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon‑Fri), 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Sat).
