Job description

The Credit Administration Executive is responsible for supporting the end-to-end loan administration process from application to disbursement. This role ensures that all credit transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The executive works closely with internal teams, customers, and external parties to facilitate smooth communication and accurate processing of loan documentation.

  1. Loan Application Processing – Verify completeness and accuracy of loan applications in line with bank policies and procedures.
  2. Documentation Preparation & Verification – Prepare and review loan documentation, ensuring compliance with approved terms and regulatory requirements.
  3. Loan Disbursement Support – Coordinate and process disbursements, ensuring all conditions precedent are met.
  4. Record Maintenance – Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan files and records, both in physical and electronic formats.
  5. Customer & Internal Support – Respond to customer and internal team inquiries related to loan administration processes.
  6. Loan Account Monitoring – Assist in tracking repayments, delinquencies, and loan performance for reporting purposes.
  7. Reporting & Data Management – Assist in generating loan-related reports for management review.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in credit/loan administration, banking operations, or related functions.
  • Good understanding of lending procedures and regulatory compliance requirements (BNM guidelines).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with core banking systems is an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
