Job description

Responsibilities

• Execute load control activities for all commercially operated flights with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company standards during flight handling and loading processes.
• Promote and maintain a safety-first culture within load control operations.
• Strictly follow all applicable manuals, briefings, and operating procedures in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for flight handling, including loading instructions and loadsheets.
• Effectively utilize IT systems and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders involved in the flight handling process.
• Understand and apply specific flight requirements and regulatory guidelines for each assigned flight.
• Proactively report operational challenges, risks, or incidents to the Duty Manager during the shift.
• Conduct accurate and safe handovers of flight responsibilities to colleagues at shift end or as required.
• Adhere to assigned work schedules, shift patterns, and flight timelines to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a technical discipline or equivalent qualification.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking and logical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
