Job summary

Live Blitz Sdn. Bhd. in Ipoh, Malaysia, seeks a motivated intern to support livestreams, stream setup, and chat moderation.

You will work closely with our hosts and content team to surface trending questions and engage viewers in real time. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing e-commerce and livestreaming environment. Ideal candidates are currently studying or recent graduates from any field, with strong written communication in Malay and/or English, and the ability to

Qualifications

Be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, live environment.
Good written communication in Melayu and/or English (Mandarin a plus).
Familiar with TikTok/Shopee Live as a viewer.
Available for shift-based hours, including some evenings/weekends.
Currently studying or recent graduate; open to all fields.

Responsibilities

Assist with stream setup/breakdown.
Monitor live chat during streams and respond to viewer questions in real time.
Flag and remove spam, inappropriate comments, or policy-violating messages.
Support hosts by surfacing trending questions or interested buyers during the stream.
Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisor.
