You will host regular live broadcasts, craft compelling scripts, answer questions in real-time, and work with marketing to plan events while analyzing engagement to continuously enhance the livestream experience.

About the role

We are seeking a talented Livestream Host to join our team at LONKOOM PERFUME.'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for hosting engaging and informative livestream sessions to promote our popular Lonkoom perfume brand to customers across Malaysia. The role will be based in our Kuala Lumpur Sentral office.

What you'll be doing

• Hosting regular livestream sessions on various TikTok to showcase Lonkoom perfume products and connect with customers
• Developing compelling content and scripts to educate viewers on the features and benefits of Lonkoom perfume
• Responding to customer questions and feedback in real-time during the livestream sessions
• Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and promote upcoming livestream events
• Tracking and analysing viewer engagement metrics to continuously improve the livestream experience
• Maintaining a professional on-camera presence and brand-aligned personality

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in hosting live video broadcasts or livestreams, preferably in the beauty/cosmetics industry
• Strong on-camera presence and ability to engage audiences in an authentic and entertaining way
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond to customer queries in real-time
• Good understanding of social media platforms and best practices for effective livestreaming
• Creative flair and the ability to develop engaging content and scripts
• Familiarity with video production equipment and software
• A passion for the beauty and fashion industry
