About the Role

We are seeking a talented host to drive engaging live broadcasts on Shopee and TikTok, showcasing mobile accessories and fostering audience interaction in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment. The role requires bilingual fluency, strong on‑camera presence, and a passion for digital media.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan livestream content, script talking points, and develop strategies to increase engagement.
• Host lively, professional, and interactive livestream sessions that attract and retain viewers.
• Present and demonstrate products (mainly mobile accessories) clearly and convincingly.
• Highlight key product USPs to drive interest and conversions.
• Ensure smooth, well‑timed livestream flow with minimal interruptions.
• Act as the face of the brand and create short‑form video content when required.
• Monitor livestream performance metrics and propose improvements.
• Set up, operate, and maintain livestream equipment to ensure high production quality.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM with at least a Credit in English.
• At least 1 year of experience in live hosting or creating personal video content (Reels/Stories/Videos).
• Experience as a TikTok creator, social media influencer, or livestream host is a strong advantage.
• Interest in promoting mobile accessories (not limited to these products).
• Fluent in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu (spoken).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident, natural, and engaging on camera.
• Energetic speaking style with clarity and confidence to capture viewer attention.
• Charismatic, friendly, and comfortable in front of a live audience.
• Adaptable and quick‑thinking in fast‑paced situations.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Background or interest in Media / Communications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and time management.
• Creative, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Good memory for product knowledge, scripts, and livestream structure.
