  • Plan and rehearse weekly Live streaming schedules in collaboration with the Creative Manager.
  • Monitor live sessions in real time to ensure smooth flow and on-brand communication.
  • Track KPIs across all Live sessions and digital content for analysis.

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in livestream hosting, e-commerce operations, or social media production.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to read and act on livestream data.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Passion for fashion, current trends, and online audience engagement.
Responsibilities
  • Host Training & Development
    • Design and run structured training for onboarding and ongoing training for livestream hosts (live briefs, mock live session, 1:1 coaching, community guidelines, etc).
    • Develop training materials, host scripts, guidelines, and pre‑Live checklists.
    • Train internal teams on TikTok Live Studio/OBS for livestreaming setups.
    • Coach on key live streaming skills: storytelling, product demoing, audience engagement and CTA execution.
    • Guide hosts to maintain brand‑appropriate appearance, tone, and energy during sessions.
    • Review VODs (session recordings) and provide actionable feedback for live hosts to improve their performance.
    • Establish training programs, track live hosts progress, and maintain comprehensive training logs.
  • Live Streaming & Content Enablement
    • Plan and rehearse weekly Live streaming schedules in collaboration with the Creative Manager / Digital Content Manager.
    • Collaborate with Product Strategist to align product showcases and promotions in livestreaming & video contents.
    • Plan and manage video content across all accounts.
    • Ensure all Live sessions maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and product offerings.
    • Train hosts on detailed product understanding: materials, sizing, styling, key sellingpoints, and competitor comparisons.
    • Ensure product storytelling is clear, confident, and aligned with brand positioning.
  • Live Moderation & Quality Control
    • Monitor live sessions in real time to ensure smooth flow, on‑brand communication, and consistent viewer interaction.
    • Moderate comment sections: engage viewers, manage questions, highlight promo codes, and filter inappropriate content.
    • Support hosts in resolving technical issues (lighting, audio, lag) and maintaining broadcast quality.
    • Ensure quality control for Live sessions, including audio/video checks, lighting, framing, and connectivity.
    • Develop studio operation guides (checklists, setup tips, troubleshooting) for Live events.
  • Performance Data Analysis & Action
    • Track KPIs across all Live sessions and digital content (e.g., average watch time, product‑card CTR, GMV, conversion rate, etc).
    • Identify reasons for any data drops and implement corrective actions to recover target performance.
    • Implement continuous improvement strategies based on performance analytics, experiment outcomes, and best practices.
    • Regularly report on hosts progress, training outcomes, campaign results and improvement plans for management review.
