Qualifications
- Minimum SPM; Diploma is an added advantage.
- Confident speaking and presentation skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for extended live sessions.
- Willing to work weekends according to business and live-session requirements.
Responsibilities
- Host live-streaming sessions according to the assigned schedule.
- Present and explain products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Engage viewers through comments, questions, discussions, and calls to action.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and engaging on-camera presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on scripts, themes, campaigns, and live strategies.
- Prepare products, set, lighting, audio, and other materials before going live.
- Recommend new content ideas and live formats.
- Monitor live-session performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports covering viewership, comments, watch time, sales, and other relevant metrics.
- Use AI and digital tools to improve content preparation and productivity.
