Job Responsibility

• Host live streaming sessions on various e-commerce platforms to promote products and engage with the audience.
• Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers during live sessions.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and engaging content for live streams, aligning with marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Manage and maintain a professional and appealing on-screen presence, ensuring a positive and informative experience for viewers.
• Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics, such as viewership, engagement, and sales conversions, to identify areas for improvement and optimize future sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide accurate and relevant information during live streams.

Job Requirements

We are seeking Live Host(s) to join our vibrant team in Seremban, Kepayang Sentral, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.

• Possess at least a Diploma level
• Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking their first professional experience.
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills to effectively address challenges during live broadcasts.
• Exhibit creativity in presenting products and engaging with the audience to enhance the viewing experience.
• Possess effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with a diverse audience.
• Ability to manage and engage with the audience during live sessions, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
• Understand basic marketing principles to promote products effectively during live streams.
• Able to working on campaign day
