JOB DESCRIPTION – LIVE HOST

Harmoni Medispa Pokok Sena, Pulau Pinang

1. Live Streaming Management

• Host live sessions on Facebook/TikTok consistently based on the schedule.
• Promote facial treatments, skincare products, and ongoing promotions.
• Deliver information clearly, confidently, and engagingly.
• Interact with viewers: answer questions, drive engagement, and guide them to WhatsApp.

2. Content Planning & Preparation

• Assist in preparing short scripts or key talking points before each live session.
• Collaborate on content ideas for both live shows and short videos.
• Understand all products and services to ensure accurate and confident presentation.

3. Short Video Creation

• Record short promotional videos (reviews, tutorials, announcements).
• Present content naturally and professionally, aligned with Harmoni Medispa branding.

4. Customer Engagement & Conversion

• Encourage viewers to make bookings or product purchases.
• Use clear call-to-action prompts such as “WhatsApp to book” or “Claim your promo now.”
• Respond to inquiries politely while maintaining a positive brand image.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Provide simple performance reports after each live session (viewers, comments, conversions).Suggest improvements for future live sessions and overall content strategy.
• Continuously review hosting performance to enhance quality and delivery.

6. Brand Representation

• Maintain a neat, friendly, and professional appearance at all times.
• Follow the company’s communication guidelines, branding tone, and ethical standards.
