Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Johor Bahru for a Live Host. The Live Host will be responsible for engaging with customers through live sessions, presenting and promoting products, communicating effectively to highlight product features, delivering excellent customer service during interactions, and showcasing the brand’s story and values. As part of the role, the Live Host will also contribute to sales efforts by persuading customers, addressing inquiries, and helping meet sales targets while maintaining a professional and approachable presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and interact effectively with a wide range of audiences.
• Experience as E-Commerce Live Host is an advantage
• Experience or knowledge in Food & Beverage and Sales to effectively present and promote the company’s key products while driving conversions.
• Ability to train team members and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in delivering presentations, connecting with customers, and fostering a positive brand image.
• Passion for the Food & Beverage industry and enthusiasm for engaging audiences in live settings.
• Prior experience as a live host or in a similar role is advantageous.
