Job Title: Litigation Associate

Corporate / M&A / Commercial

Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent

Location: Working Experience: 1 - 4 Year(s)

Expiry Date: 18/11/2025

Responsibilities
  • Handle a diverse range of corporate and commercial litigation matters, including shareholder and director disputes, land and property issues, fraud and conspiracy claims, trust and fiduciary litigation, insolvency-related cases, with some exposure to intellectual property disputes.
  • Draft pleadings, submissions, and correspondence with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and case strategies.
  • Engage directly with clients and counsel to manage litigation files effectively.
Requirements
  • 1 to 4 years PQE.
  • Litigation experience in corporate and commercial matters is essential.
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Demonstrates initiative, is a team player, and has a genuine interest in dispute resolution.
  • Experience or interest in fraud, insolvency, and trust matters is an added advantage.
