Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in application development and support environment in Banking Finance.
• Excellent knowledge of front to back banking business, finance, risk, and accounting data.
• Experience with incident/problem management.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support to business users and follow through requests.
• Work on timely resolution for reported incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents.
• Ensure proactive management of incidents and problems.
• Collaborate with development team for release transitions.
• Participate in DR/BCM activities.
