Not "I worked on the SEO team." Not "I supported link building campaigns." We want the URL of the placement, the URL of the site you built it for, and the outreach email that won it. If you cannot produce live, verifiable links that you personally secured, do not apply.

2. Proven ability to design and run your own generative AI workflows.

We are not hiring a human autoresponder who sends emails all day. We are hiring someone who already uses ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to build their own systems: prospect research, pitch drafting, reply triage, follow-up cadences. If your current process is "open Gmail, copy template, paste, send, repeat," this role is not for you.

What You'll Do

• Build prospect lists for each client campaign (Singapore, regional, and global outlets depending on the client).
• Use and extend Claude Code workflows to research each prospect's recent content and tailor every pitch.
• Design your own AI-assisted sub-workflows for reply triage, follow-up sequencing, and relationship tracking.
• Write the final pitch. Claude drafts, you edit, you send. Quality control is on you.
• Manage replies, follow-ups, and negotiations through to a live placement (press coverage earned on merit, links from a client's real partners, suppliers and associations, resource page inclusions, and paid placements only on real publications and marked as sponsored).
• Report weekly on prospects contacted, reply rate, placements earned, and the referral visits and enquiries each one brings.
• Target volume: 30 to 50 highly personalised pitches per day.

5. Link Building Track Record

This is the section we care about most. Vague answers = automatic rejection. We will click every link you give us.

List AT LEAST 5 live backlinks you personally secured *

For each link, give us: (1) URL of the placement, (2) URL the link points to, (3) the outreach email you sent to win it (paste it in), (4) approximate month and year it went live. Use a clear numbered format.

Scenario: We just signed a B2B SaaS client in the workplace wellness space. They want to rank for "employee wellness programs Singapore". Target for the first 90 days: placements earned on real publications their buyers read, judged by the referral visits and enquiries they bring. No link is paid for unless it is marked as sponsored. Walk us through exactly what you would do, week by week, starting with how you would check whether links are what is holding this client back. *
