Job summary

AIA Bhd is seeking a Life Planner (Insurance Agent) in Kuching, Sarawak. You will meet clients, assess financial goals, explain protection and savings options, and build lasting relationships through regular reviews and strong service.

Join a training-focused team with flexible hours and a clear path to leadership. Earnings are commission-based, with monthly allowance support for new agents who qualify under the Elite Academy scheme as you grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; degree or diploma holders and career-switchers are welcome.
• Good communication skills and genuine interest in helping people.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and willing to learn.
• Able to pass the required licensing exams (we'll guide you through this)
• No insurance experience needed.

As a Life Planner, you help individuals and families in Sarawak protect their health, income and future. You listen to their needs, explain their options in plain language, and recommend suitable protection and savings solutions. You build long-term relationships through regular policy reviews and good service.
