Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking Life Insurance Agents (Part-time or Full-Time) in Malaysia. You will help clients understand their insurance needs and recommend protection plans based on their goals and budget.

Responsibilities include meeting clients, assessing needs, explaining plans, and following up for service. Training is provided, with flexible hours and a clear career path in the financial services sector.

Qualifications

• STPM, Diploma or higher (University students not encouraged).
• Malaysian citizen only.
• Willing to learn.
• Positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and responsible.
• Comfortable meeting and talking to people.
• Previous sales or insurance experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and communicate with clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and financial goals.
• Explain insurance plans in a simple and clear way.
• Recommend suitable insurance protection.
• Follow up with clients and provide after-sales service.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Attend training and team meetings.
