Private Advertiser is seeking a results‑driven Insurance Sales Executive in Malaysia to identify new business opportunities via networking and referrals. You will promote life insurance products, conduct financial needs analyses, and tailor solutions to client goals.

Role requires strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with a target‑driven mindset. Fresh graduates are welcome; training and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; higher qualifications are an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Strong interest in sales, financial planning, and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to learn about insurance products and industry regulations.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with sales, customer service, or insurance experience will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and client prospecting.
• Promote life insurance products, including life protection, critical illness, medical coverage, and savings plans.
• Conduct financial needs analyses to tailor insurance solutions.
• Provide professional advice on coverage, premiums, and policy terms.
• Assist clients with applications, documentation, and submissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Provide ongoing service, policy reviews, and assistance with policy updates and claims.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional protection needs.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements and ethical practices.
